About the role
As a Technical Product Manager you'll own the why and the what across multiple client engagements — translating goals into clear roadmaps and keeping delivery tight.
You're technical enough to earn engineers' trust, and user-focused enough to keep everyone pointed at outcomes that matter.
What you'll do
- Define product strategy, roadmaps and success metrics with clients.
- Translate goals into clear, well-scoped specs and priorities.
- Run discovery, write requirements and keep delivery on track.
- Coordinate design and engineering through a weekly shipping cadence.
- Measure outcomes and continuously refine based on real data.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in product management, ideally in an agency or studio setting.
- Technical fluency — comfortable discussing architecture and trade-offs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience shipping software end to end with cross-functional teams.
- Outcome-driven mindset with a bias for action.
Nice to have
- Background in engineering or design.
- Experience with AI / ML or cloud products.
- Familiarity with analytics and experimentation.
